Feeling “extra”? This upscale fusion meal is an elegant merging of spices and flavors from the Middle East, North India and the Mediterranean. Grilled Chicken thighs seasoned with fresh herbs and za’atar atop a bright lemon, garlic yogurt sauce. Sides are coriander, turmeric roasted cauliflower with cilantro dressing and Caprese Kadi Patta, my south Asian twist on the Caprese Salad: tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and a tadka of mustard seed and fresh curry leaves. Served with a small homemade rosemary wheat roll.
